I will just be copying the plot summary on goodreads or I might spoil anyone planning to read this, and it`s sort of hard to summarize something that takes a lot of books to understand fully.

And, my review could possibly have spoilers from the previous book, The Medusa Plot by Gordon Korman.

The unstoppable siblings and family have successfully stolen Caravaggio`s Medusa.

Yes, it can be beautiful and wonderful and terrifying all at the same time. With the help of Jonah Wizard, Hamilton Holt, and everyone in the mansion, they are now one of the wanted criminals in the world, with the theft that included Marco Polo`s lost Il Millione.

Anyway, Atticus Rosenbloom's brother turned the Cahills in before, but not now. Atticus had finally got his mother`s message. He was the Guardian. From the long time, his family had been the guardians of the Madrigals from the Vesper, and he only realized it now. Things got fast, and the hidden or coded message in the previous book is true: The mother was murdered. It was referring to their mother, who died years before. (I won`t talk about the thing they stole here, only the message or something of the sort.) Getting back to the Rosenbloom brothers, they helped the Cahills. (I`ll skip to the end, sorry. It`s what I remember) But since the stupid Wyoming siblings are interfering with the Cahills, they kidnapped Atticus, the Guardian.

Thoughts:

39 Clues series is a cliff hanger. Sometimes, you would rather wait it to be completed and buy them all, if you don`t want waiting and thinking of the possibilities in the next book. Now it surely sent off that feeling. I liked Atticus. And his ignorant but protective brother, Jake. Only, I`m doubting Jake would report what happened to the police. The last thing they want to have is the polic breathing on their necks, adding another crime to the list.

As I told you before, I need more books. I`m ADHD and waiting is not in my options.

The Notebook by Nicholas Sparks.

I got this book for only 50php + 50 for the shipping fee = 100php. The copy was of poor quality, the cover torn, the pages are already yellow. But it was different for me. I viewed it as my perfect copy. The metallic blue around the edges are still clear, like you just torn it on purpose. Now it`s part of my vintage collections, including the Reader`s Digest 1970 or 1960 edition, I think.

I`ll just copy a short synopsis on goodreads and I`ll just explain more in return.

First love does keep you well on-track with life. It was said in the book that you can`t forget your first love, and that`s what happened to Noah. He can`t just move on with his life. With his parents gone, he`s alone. Unless of course you count his pet. Allie is about to be wedded to a lawyer, but she decided to visit North Carolina after seeing Noah`s picture in the newspaper. Clearly, she didn`t forget the memories of that summer, that summer when they were too in-love with each other. Now, Allie must decide for her fate.

I thought at first this wasn`t going to have a happy ending, because I heard that in almost every Sparks book, someone dies and makes it more worth crying. But I was wrong tho. It`s a happy ending. Love could really conquer anything--sickness, lies, Everything.

Sundays at Tiffany's by James Patterson and Gabrielle Charbonnet

The cover was just too beautiful to be ignored. Normally, I don`t trust very much books that has the author's name larger than the book title. But I just couldn't resist a Patterson book that`s not thriller or something. I found this softbound copy in Booksale for only 145php. I had to grab it because I never saw it before in Booksale, and well, it`s rumored to be tear-jerking love story.

Anyway, before reading this, I had his 2 other romance books bought. But in a condensed edition, you know, the Reader`s Digest 4-in-1 book. Though I haven`t read them all yet, only this.

Let`s get to the summary of the story.

Michael was little Jane`s imaginary friend. In fact, Jane`s only friend and she`s the only one who could see him. Her mother`s a famous director in the Broadway, and that makes life harder. She may have morning kisses from her mom, but she feels nothing at all for that. When Jane reaches the age of 9, her imaginary friend must leave her. (Fastest time I cried in reading a book, since that part was just around in pages 30)

Jane`s a grown up. She`s got everything most women would desire to have: rich, hot actor boyfriend (and a user boyfriend, actually), and popularity. And yet she feels too alone, feeling to cramped and trapped and controlled by the world she`s in. Just then, she meets Michael. Michael from his past. Michael, his imaginary friend. Michael, who has not changed a bit since years ago. Something draws them together: Love.

I felt like there was more to it, like the book was too short. I actually hope for something better when they met. And, okay I`m mean, but I felt happier when it wasn`t Jane Michael was to save. There are just some bits off track. But it`s good, overall. Another modern fairy tale. Well done, Patterson and Charbonnet.

My reaction:

Utterly engrossing. Well, maybe not on the first part. It was kind of hard to adjust and get into the picture, until (I guess) the Jace-saving-Clary part. Funny, I always get interested in books that has hot male characters. And the stuff Shadowhunters do? It`s awesome. It was like a demigod fighting monsters, but this is like a warrior battling with a demon. And the amazing plot surprises? Wicked! Just when everything seems fine, well, problem and lies go out to shatter your perfect moment.

Book 2.

Clary Fray just wishes that her life would go back to normal. But what's normal when you're a demon-slaying Shadowhunter, your mother is in a magically induced coma, and you can suddenly see Downworlders like werewolves, vampires, and faeries? My reaction:

Aww. I didn`t like about the brother part. It just didn`t seem fair. I mean, there are more secrets to be discovered, but why that secret? I was too broken-hearted. And that means Clary and Jace can`t be together? That could only turn out that Clary might love Simon. My Simon! And then the Inquisitor is hahahahaha stupid. Insane, I say. Incredibly mad. When did a villain suddenly go soft-hearted and chooses his son over power? Impossibru! But I like what happened to Simon. I thought he was going to just die, but, now we`re a couple! This totally bites!

Book 3

My reaction:

Sebastian. Is. Annoying. He`s a two-faced jerk. But ew he kissed Clary. Talk about disgusting. Finally, Jace and Clary could be together again. For real this time. And I hated how Valentine was easily dispatched from the world. A villain for three thick books suddenly died after being swatted like a fly by an angel? Impossibru! Potato!

My reaction:

Yes. I`m still craving for more Jace&Clary moments, and also Alec&Magnus moments, and this book didn`t fail me at all. And then, Sebastion being alive but preserved? Certainly ew-worthy. That just sucks. Poor Simon for being forced to bit him. I`m sure demon blood is the worst blood of all. Aaaaaand I seriously need to read the 5th installment in this series that was supposed to be a trilogy only.

Don`t they look sweet? Though Clary`s flaming red hair does not go well with the red backless dress.

Oh, and I told you before. I am not a formal book blogger, which almost notices everything. I`m the kind who`s SCREAM-AND-FANGIRL-OVER-THAT-BOOK-ALL-YOU-WANT type.

This template is probably effective for just this month. I have another skin in mind after February. If I got bored, maybe I`ll change this immediately after Valentines` Day. Meanwhile, I`ve added the same features of before: tagboard and comments. I had a hard time searching for the comment link until I surrendered and searched in the old template instead. But anyway, I`ll post book reviews by tomorrow. We`ve only got classes on Tuesday and after that, almost a week of vacation! Party everyday, huh?

Noticed it too?

I`m kind of busy these days. Well, not really busy but always tired but happy. I`ve read good books recently from my own library up here, and lol I don`t know. I think I`m just in the lazy mood to make a good review or anything.

But, um, here are some of the books I`ve read for this month.

Though you may not count the City of Lost Souls photo up there since it`s just a sneak peek or whatever. But whatever. I just copied the photos according to my 120 books Reading Challenge from Goodreads.

This is what I`m currently reading. The second book of the Kane Chronicles. I borrowed it from a friend.

But I`ll read A King's Ransom first. It has fewer pages and I need to return it to a friend immediately. (Hi, Dan Cahill!)

I`ll post book reviews probably next week, on days to follow that we possibly don`t have classes. (Science Congress is coming.)

Scholastic Book Fair. 1/17 - 1/20

I waso so happppppppy when the book fair came! As always, there was a short program for the opening of this fair. Proving everyone I am a bookworm, of course I joined the quizzes! (I didn`t actually like any prize unless it`s a book but, you know, for a little popularity. ;))

Fortunately, us juniors were just near the stage, best place to run for the stage and answer first.

1. What is the full name of Katniss` sister in The Hunger Games trilogy?

Answer: Primrose Everdeen

Result: No such luck. My friend got there first. But I also run, too. :)

2. What is the full name of the boy main character in The Hunger Games trilogy?

Answer: Peeta Mellark

Result: Someone actually got there first. My friend, Milo. But hahahahaha since it`s my second time running to the stage, the host or my adviser told us to do Rock, Paper, and Scissors. Hers was rock. Mine is PAPER! So, yeah, I won! :D There was even a mixed answer of the students when I said Peeta`s name of right and wrong. Still,

BUT SUCH A WASTE! There was a VERY easy question and yet we didn`t hear the question clearly so...

The mechanical eraser I got after buying 3 books. My friend Sherina got an electronic organizer because she got 7 points or tickets or whatchamacallit.

The calculator I won for the quiz. Lol it`s not even working. All the calculators they gave away didn`t work.

Reading Challenge for 2012.

I`ll be joining this Reading Challenge of Gatheringbooks.

Same goal. 100 books. But this time, I`d start early. Lol the last time I started the challenge was in the middle of summer that made me in a hurry today to read 10 more books to reach a hundred. Well, I don`t know if I could achieve 35 books or more since I don`t really care about the Award-winning ones. I just grab whatever grabs my attention.
(Also wanna join the giveaway. :D)

There are four levels of participation:

Probably gives you a I-think-I-heard-or-seen-this-before, eh?
That was what I thought when I saw it in Booksale.
Little Winnie Foster decides to wander around the forest behind their house and found a mysterious part where a gorgeous boy sits under the tree and won`t let her drink from the spring. She finds out that the Tuck family is immortal--after drinking from the spring. It is in her hands if the family`s secret is to be held or to be spilled.

Spoiler alert.
~~I am still completely disappointed at the book`s ending. Why did she have to die? It`s just not right for Jessie Tuck.~~
End of spoiler.
Anyway, this book had a movie before by Walt Disney pictures. But Winnie Foster`s a grown-up there, though.

The movie`s not that good as the book tho. I don`t know, but it didn`t caught my attention as a normal exciting book would.

Winnie is supposed to be 10, and so was in her... *secret* but she looks 18 in the movie. Haha. But it`s good. I recommend you read the book first before watching the movie (I watched in youtube)

*Hopefully nothing beats its action for this month. (I`ll start to read The City of Bones next week)

Percy Jackson remembers nothing of his part except his girlfriend`s name: Annabeth. Like Jason from the first book Lost Hero, Hera or Juno stole his memories for a reason. He wakes up from a deep slumber (of course not like Gaea`s.)

Hazel Levesque is alive. Again. She was dead before, proving that something wrong went in the Underworld.

Frank Zhang is confused. He doesn`t know what to do with himself and got a crazy, muffled family tree from heroes.

Obviously, they going to be friends and then go to a quest to free Death or Thanatos, and to maybe restore the legion`s crown in Alaska, the land beyond the gods.

(This is the best review I could make. I`m still not really in the mood to make a good one)

I like Mars more than Ares. He`s more friendly and funny, and no get-mad-because-I`m-always-mad-and-let`s-fight-now.
I kind of liked Octavian at first, and then a hero saves the day! Nico!

I missed Percy so much in action.

Massie Block have to spend the summer with herself. And Bean. The Pretty Committee is out on vacation. After being kicked out of the Galwaugh riding camp for doing something desperate to the granddaughter of the owner, she doesn`t have her best friend--Visa. Now her parents are making her have a job to pay back the fee for the riding camp, and Massie decides to be a Be Pretty saleswoman. The problem: it takes more than honest words to make LBRs less LBRs.

My Rating:

Five Domoyeah.

I really like Massie, even if she gets evil at times. I admire her, and she`s my inspiration to being confident. A true alpha gets work done with no sweat. I confess that when my friends are not around, I find friends I could hang out for a while. But no faking. Puh-lease! I`m not like that. I respect them and so they do to me. Anyway, Massie got even better. She used her 'honesty' to make the uglies less uglies. I say it`s better. It might be offending, but it`s the truth. There may be a hidden subtext that says, "Keep away from me and just buy my products." She helped those girls, really. I was also surprised at Anastacia Bree. I was on Massie`s side believing she didn`t really believe in *POTI but only **POTO

I ran to his welcoming arms, and no sooner that I melted in it. Tiptoeing, I crushed my lips against him, drawing him closer.

"What was that?" he asked. "I tasted rust. Like blood."

Blood. Just wait, I thought. Before you knew it, you`re literally done.

As if on cue, some woman got hysterics out of herself, shrieking, "Some monster just drained my son of blood!"

Of course, no one believed her but me. Everyone laughed and teased but me.They think it was just a prank.

I turned back to him, already found an excuse for the taste on my lips. "My dear, are you accusing the wine? It`s a party, babe. Maybe you`re just drunk."

"Yeah. Maybe. Sooner or later, everyone will."

Yes, I thought, this will be the last party of your lives.

The moon above the dark sky produced an eerie glow to the party below, and soon enough it will be covered by thick clouds, leaving everyone in the dark. Running with a short skirt, fishnets, and high stilettos, I called, "Prince Seth! I have an amazing game in mind."

He replied with a British accent, somewhat in a tone of a drunk, "Just go on, m`lady."
And leave you alone, I thought, being the last of my preys tonight.
I went over to the stage and grabbed the microphone, first making a screeching, buzzing sound with the speakers. "Swaggers, do you want o play a deadly game tonight?
The already drunk crowd replied with hoots and laughter. Someone even dropped a glass and I smelled a tasty blood from afar.
I put the thought away. "Rules are simple. Hide anywhere you prefer. If you`re tagged, scream loud so everyone would know one is out. Only one could bring a flashlight: the 'it'. No guys, you can`t use flashlights. And I`ll turn off the power for electricity. Only phones are allowed. Do you want to be tagged easily? Now, who wants to be the 'it'?"
Being an 'it' is not really exciting. You all alone finding more than fifty of them, unless you have something exciting idea to pull all their shoes out of their hiding places.
And to my disappointment, Seth volunteered. The crown already agreed, so I could do nothing about it. I went over to Seth, and whispered flirtatiously on his ears, "Babe, go to your room and lock your door. Don`t let anyone inside and don`t come out until I tell you so. Okay?"
He was already drunk, I could smell his breath. He just nodded and went over to the flood of people getting inside his large house.
I got the mic again and announced, "C`mon people! The game would start in 10, 9, 8, 7...."
Okay. That made them in panicked to find places to hide.

* * *
A very loud scream pierced my ears as my hands hugged the neck of a girl. I took a sip from her neck to judge if she`s worth draining. Unfortunately, no. Too much alcohol and drugs. If I feast on her, I`d be the same. Drunk and drugs. Totally no way.

"Liliane? Are you there?" I heard someone whispered at a faint voice outside. Seth`s.
WHAT? Why did he come out of his room? It would ruin the fun!
I licked off my bloody lips and wiped it with my wrist to take off any evidence I`ve been drinking. Blood, not wine.
"Oh, Seth. Why are you here?" I said innocently when I got out as he walked closer to me. "I told you to stay inside your room."
"Yes. But I heard screams and I haven`t even tagged one yet," he replied, tone`s like a worried child would produce.
I shrugged of his opinion like I was trying to swat flies away. "Oh, dear. That was me. I made it easy for you. You`re already drunk, and it would be another night for you to find all of us!"
He thought deeply of this as I faintly saw his eyebrows knitting under the eerie moonlight. "Okay, then. But can I go with you?"
"No." That was a sharp answer.
"Yes?" Seth insisted.
"No."
An eyebrow rose from his tired face. "Why?"
I pulled him closer and murmured to his ears, "Because I have a surprise for you." And bit his ear.
I felt his cheeks widen from hearing it. Utterly surprised, he lifted his hand and wiped something from the side of my lips.
Oh no. Blood stain.
Seth asked, pointing for the stain on his finger as he tasted it. "Blood?"
"I ate a cupcake." I lied.
"It tastes different."
"Babe, it`s Halloween! Of course there are special flavors. Now, let me guide you back to your room."
I was lucky enough that he didn`t asked more questions as I lead him to his bed, his arm around my shoulders to steady himself.

* * *
"What was that?!" said Seth in a panicked voice.
I smelled blood. But I repeated the question innocently. "What was what?!"
"That!" He pointed on the ground, where a body was...not moving. Even on the very faint light, there was a dark, wet spot on the ribs. Dead?
"EhmyGawd." I hissed under my breath as an act.
Seth acted fast like he didn`t drink at all. "What the..." He knelt over the body of a guy and touched his neck, checking for beats. I did the same and my fingers went over his nose.
"He`s dead." We both said at the same time, and both are eyes widened in fear.
I mouthed to Seth, "What should we do?"
But I answered by crazy question. "Don`t you find it odd? We both heard a lot of screams already, and I only found two. And it`s so silent it`s creeping me out."
Seth looked around and considered it. "Yeah. There`s got to be a killer around."
"But how do we find him?" Oops. "Or her?"
"Let`s check the ground floor."
Perfect. I didn`t even need to say it. He said it himself. It`s where the fun ends.

* * *

Seth was going first, leading the way. I could trace from the dark his even muscles from his sweatshirt. I was even tempted to hug him, but it would spoil the fun I need.
For more convincing act before going to the living room, I tugged his sleeves and stopped moving. "Seth, I`m scared," I whispered, and my voice even cracked. I gulped the urge to laugh.
He turned back slowly and seemed to calculate hard for a deeply comforting reply. "Don`t worry, Liliane. I`ll keep you safe." He lowered his head a bit and kissed my forehead. He grabbed something on the ground, something long. Discarded piece of metal.
As the plan goes, there would be a man at the opposite end of the hallway wearing a mask and holding a sharp, now blood-dried knife. And so it went.
"AAAAAAAAAAH!" I screamed and Seth ran to the man`s direction.
My eyes had already adjusted from the dark and the only source of light was the moon outside the ceiling-to-floor windows to see that the man went into the living room. I ran behind Seth, clearly can`t keep up with his long legs.
When he slowly paced on the door, I was already behind him. The door creaked open, and there went:

Instant flash of lights.
Lights on.
Shouts of "Happy Halloween" and "Happy Birthday Seth!"
Everyone was looking like a zombie. A lot of blood stains on their clothes.

And soon they were flooding Seth with hugs and pats on his back. Chaos stopped, and they waited for Seth to say something. "W-what about the guy in the fourth floor? Was that a prank?"

We all yelled, "YES!"

Book Update. 10/26/11

I got them today.

My father woke me up saying, "Eriele, lakad mo na si Chuchu at nandyan na mga libro mo." Lol it was fascinating to know that one look at the pouches and they already know what`s inside. I quickly got up and opened each pouch, containing a lot of books.

I walked Chuchu first, because she needs to poo outside.

Then I opened the plastic.

So many, right?

Not all of it are mine. Only the center pile.

Two books below are Angelou`s. Dear John and the 4-in-1 book.

The Last Juror and Diamond of Darkhold are Tiffany`s, and the Bratfest at Tiffany`s is Cherbeth`s.

While these two remaining books are Angelica`s.

I was quite amazed that that The Host hard bound is so large and thick. No wonder why the small paperback edition has tiny fonts.

Here`s mine.

Finally, I`ve got a vintage hard bound of Reader`s Digest Condensed books. Actually, I only bought it because I want to read To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee in fonts I could handle.

Pretty Little Devils by Nancy Holder.

This is so wickedly creepy. My choice of reading this on mornings is great. Nancy Holder is also the author of the Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Okay. Now spoilers ahead. Still not in the mood to make my own summary of the book.

I had a lot of suspects. The real killer was one of them, but only little details given.

The `facts` against Sylvia were good. I was about to really believe Breona was the one spreading threats when she was killed. Brutally. I mean, I can`t remember a reason for her to be killed. Well, maybe to get the blame on Sylvia, I think so. I thought it was also Megan or Carolyn, since Carolyn was a lesbian and they were caught together once. But Megan was killed. So another girl to take off the list. Of course the killer wasn`t Matt, or else, the main character would look terrible. I`m still wondering why Sylvia faked documents about Josh. Then Lakshmi was a wannabe, and I thought she was the killer. But she was hit at the end of the book.

Things that led me to the killer that I realized late:

The blogger says she`s tired of being treated like a dog.
She was getting jealous of Hazel.
She wasn`t at the Homecoming ball.
She knew their numbers.
She`s always being hit with a prank.
She has more access with Charlie`s robotic voice.
She`s tired of Sylvia.

This is just creepy. Creepier than Pretty Little Liars, unless I`m watching the tv series.

Spoiler ahead if you haven`t read or watched this yet.

I didn`t cry for this book until the end, where, um, Bruno was included in the gas chamber. Boyne was great. I didn`t understand some parts such as:

Why the potato peeler used to be a doctor
What exactly happened in the end
Why was their mother so clueless about the outside, or the concentration camp.

And here`s the movie.

I cried so much. This is the consequence I get after being interested from the files of the Holocaust. Lucky that the movie didn`t show much blood when the Jews were beat up. The story was so realistic. I say, this movie is one of the movies I`ve watched that wasn`t far from the book. Only little changes that made the movie special.

I`m sorry this post is too short. Just...not in the mood to talk much..

Finally, after years of vampire literature reigning, here come a new theme: Fallen angels. (But I`m not letting go of vampires--yet) Seems that Rick Riordan has the myths all to himself. Good. Facts wouldn`t be mixed up with my head. I`m not in the mood to explain more about these stuffs, so go ahead and do your own riserts.

Anyway, back to angels.

(Note: Spoilers and aggressive reactions [I wouldn`t call it as a review, that is.] below. Read at your own risk)

First book is Hush Hush.

I want Patch! He`s worth falling for. Assuming and won`t fail to make you funny, yeah. Hot, and tall. Smart. But his `lucky guesses` would give you creeps. Ho ho ho. Like most romance books I`ve read, the first book is always the special. Has the most sweet and funny moments and the sequels would be composed of problems, problems, and bigger problems that has no end. Also, I quite looked crazy while reading this. I couldn`t comprehend some parts first. I laughed alone in my room. I gulped in other laughs and just spill it when I`m outside and with someone, even if they have no idea what moments are playing inside my insane head. And then by the climax, my palms were sweating, words sending chill at the back of my neck.
Okay lemme now rant about the recent book I`ve read.

Pissed. It was mostly my reaction to the whole book. So much for break-ups. I was always thinking, "Why did patch have to be a jerk and tell it straight, with more details rather than give one word?" But if that`s how the story would go, I know the book won`t reach up to 400 pages. And then, Marcie Millar. Is. A. jsrglbarigbpargbearg Okay I just don`t want to swear here. She`s so obnoxious! And, and I was about to fall for Rixon (even if he is Vee`s boyfriend) until that Summer Solstice! I kind of knew that all those stuff were not caused by Scott. I mean, the element of surprise goes bye-bye and get your expectations down low. I even thought that maybe Vee was causing it. But Rixon? Oh gawd! Pretty unbelievable until you hear the rest of the story. Nora and Marcie as sisters? Forever no good.

Third book:

Super excited. Just by looking on the book cover sends blurry ideas of what would probably occur so. If I can`t dig a decent book from my shelves, I`m gonna read it through a .jar file. May the odds be ever in my favor.

I was lucky because I remembered it yesterday, the opening day. What pisses me off is that I belong to District 1, which is Capitol`s pets. Not wicked, eh?

But I`ll try to be contented, because Zeus is always first.

Anyway, I quite enjoyed it. Got some good friends from tumblr. Well, almost every friend I`ve got was from tumblr. And now I can`t access to the page where I could see the number of scans paid. To gain access to the District`s forum, you need to gain 30, 000 scans. Quite a handful, yes. And then I`m just around 700, last time I checked which is last night. Now I don`t know the count. But I keep adding people, though. I wanna be in 13 and be called, "Agent Sinworth." WICKED.

I liked the title. I didn`t understand it at first, but towards the end of the movie, I got the message being portrayed by them. It`s just too bad this wasn`t a non-fiction.

The Talent Thief for 45. Recommended by my friend Melissa. So when I saw this in Booksale, I was like, "Isn`t this the one she recommended?"

I know I should be pretty excited about it, but I`m not. I may have a lot of reasons, but I`m just lazy to explain `em all.

One is that I`m in no mood to be really cheerful, even if I just finished reading Beastly by Alex Flinn today. It was wonderful. I wonder if I would ever be like SilentMaid. Will turn to sea foam if does not find true love. Hope not. That sucks.

Good luck to us for tomorrow: Sabayang Pagbigkas. Towards the end of the presentation, I would be in the center. As well as the dude who would signal for everyone to bow. Lame. Hope I would do no mistake.

This is the first ever movie that made me cry so hard. Really.

And I`d type here a short story. Of the movie.

This movie is so inspiring. It would make you wonder how Sam Dawson raised her child for years without a mother and that he has a developmental disability, meaning his IQ is like a 7-year-old`s. Sam has friends who has the same condition as his, and (and I say) their friendship are better than normal people`s. The conflict started on Lucy`s seventh birthday. She had noticed that her father was different, and people were making fun of him. On her birthday, there was supposed to be a surprise party if not for the stupid child that said Lucy`s secret that she`s been adopted. Sam then became upset, and held the boy`s arms, and the parent mistook it for abusing, which is entirely not. Blah blah blah. Then the principal talked to Sam, saying that Lucy is afraid to learn. It was because she was afraid to surpass her father`s intelligence. For that, Lucy was taken to custody.

Sam hires Rita Harrison as his lawyer, only because to prove that she is not heartless, and even made it for free.

During the trial period, Lucy is living in a foster home with a woman named Randy Carpenter. Lucy convinces Sam to run away, believing it`s the only way to be together and never come back.

On the trial, Sam was often being questioned how was he capable of being a good father to Lucy. In the end, Randy realizes that Sam`s love could never be replaced. Lucy was adopted, but Randy was willing for Sam to help raise Lucy.

Tears didn`t stop from falling during the parts where Sam explains his love for Lucy.

I can`t express my feelings right now.

I love this movie. Seriously.

Lol I just invented the title. I am in the mood today because I`ve been very blessed. XD

It started first thing in the morning. After the FRC, Sister had a VERY long speech about blah blah. And then Sir called me while she was still blabbing about stuffs we don`t really care about. He said something about the board or maybe on the attendance, but I didn`t heard it clearly. Much to my dismay, he didn`t repeat it. But I was surprised to hear his last words before I spoke.

"You`ll be the official beadle, ha."

I was silent for a moment and like, "Uh? Talaga sir?"

He laughed and raised a fist. "Ayaw mo?"

"Hindi Sir!"

lol I confess that that time, I really wanted to scream, shout or squeal about my happiness.

About the second && third special blessing, you could ask me about it. That is, if you know

if you get what I mean.

And then the rest of the day went well. I gave out bright smiles to everyone, even tweeted about it during break. I`ve never been happier than last year, when there was no reason to smile but I still did when looking to other`s eyes.

First Day of School as a Junior.

First of all, it was very awkward. Really.

Some was wrong. Some was just fine.

But all I really care is myself. Lol. Just for now.

So the day started different. We should be gathering at the FLC gymnasium, not at the ampitheather. So of course we had no choice but to follow. There was a short program for something I didn`t really understand, how much you push me right to it. I went with some old friends, and I looked like a total loser because I was on the very front of the line. Talk about forever alone. Anyway, the powerpoint or projector doesn`t work so it was decided that we should just go in our rooms and watch whatever will be showed on the television.

That was it. Understood no thing.

The teachers are just fine, but not those who know me. Lol. I just don`t like being called on. It makes me feel stupid, and, like, irresponsible enough not to study everything.

Now I have some assignments to do. But it`s fine with me. The more, the faster I would get my mind back from sleeping in no time.

My twin brothers` 10th birthday was yesterday since it`s already past 1:30 AM.

So after they all went home (I don`t have school yet), we went to SM North EDSA. There I bought the first book of Stefan`s Diaries: Origins because it`s out of stock and probably won`t be ever coming back in NBS Marilao. It costs 259. I was also supposed to buy the third book, but it was more expensive than the one I saw in our NBS. So I decided to just buy there and not in Fullybooked. (Lol happy birthday to me)

While I was browsing fascinating books in Fullybooked, my brothers went to pick their Beyblade toys. I saw the 2 && 3 Avalon High: The Coronation for the price of 360. Whoah, okay? So pricey. But I noticed that it was thicker than the first. T____T

After all those stuff, we ate at Teriyaki Boy. I ate a lot. By a lot I mean, two bowls of rice.

Then I pulled Ate to Etude House. Lol I just find it really cute, like, a cosmetic store for cute princesses. All pink. Though most of the prices are ouch-y.

I tested some stuffs there, the real purpose of going there. I find the pink glittery nail polish very cute and my type. Even tried the pen thingy so you could write something on your nail. We were about to head to the other Department Store when we passed by The Face Shop. >:) I tested again some nail polish, the glittery ones. And I enjoyed it. Now my left fingers are full of nail polish. But I would remove it soon, for it`s not allowed in our school.

I wanted to go badly at the Booksale there but it was closed already, stating from the fact it`s already late and almost 10PM. Argh.

Before going home, we went for some desserts, namely sundaes from Mcdo.

Today..Or yesterday (it`s 12am already) was my twin brothers` first day as a fourth grade idiots. lol. I went to their school with mom, which was my old school back when I was in first grade. It was my school since kindergarten. And it didn`t change much at all. Only the paints do. My memory of the place is wide enough for me to play around but when I went there, I was like, "Were my memories tricking me?" because it was..masikip. Some of the rooms were changed. I also saw some past faces I`ve met from the years I was in grade school.

There were three friends who greeted me, and only one who I talked to. Lol.

I wonder what I looked like in their eyes. I was all in a hurry this morning and even forgot to put powder or lip gloss on my lips.

Well, this changes nothing in my life to transfer school.

Earlier I was ranting in twitter how I can`t understand people who wants to kill themselves and people who hates 'fat' people. Seriously, they have a wonderful life already. They just don`t take time to realize and appreciate it themselves.

Then a girl from tumblr says she wants to die. I said something like, "Don`t. Killing yourself won`t do any good." And she PM-ed me about her problem. I told her to focus herself on anything, or try something new to get you mind working the other way. And that she do it herself alone, so in that way, she might understand the real purpose of life and see things in a different view from before, and even realize someone was there for her from the start.

I hope I had helped that girl in any way. I said those suggestions because I tried it myself, and it worked. I began to understand things more than I did before, and the one who was there for me from the very start was Him. He didn`t let me down. Ever.

Then another one has the same problem. But the problem was somehow lighter than the first. The same advice worked again.

And now I wanna cry in joy. It felt really good to help someone, even if you don`t know them literally.

I`m done with the fifteenth episode out of sixteen episodes.

And....

I`m nearly crying.

I`m saving the last episode for tomorrow, if I could make it (I`m part of the Santacruzan) or on the other day. But I`m confessing I wanna watch it so badly. I seriously have a lot of reactions, but expect that I would forget 90% of that on the day I post about my review on this series.

I know no one`s probably reading this hell I`m posting, but if you are, tell me? It would be a very big help to me. Though if not, then I`ll continue ranting whatever I would like without limitations on my vocabulary and probably flood posts on your dashboards.

Seriously, I won`t state the facts most of you knows like I`m a bookworm and such.

1. Besides Greek mythology, I love the legendary King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table. It`s quite hard to explain why I like it, but it started when I read the Avalon High. Heh, I consider it like the PJO series because it introduced me to the Avalon history.
2. I prefer liking the second guy. You know, not the main guy but the guy who has a big part too. Like, Damon Salvatore and Nico Di Angelo.

3. I like vampires more than zombies even if they do the same thing about feeding. And I hate werewolves. Lol. I just don`t like those shifting features and the drooling part.

4. I love giving names to people. Not really in a harsh way, but, like, how I could remember their names.

5. I hate getting tan as well as swimming in a deep pool. But what I hate most is diving. Don`t be surprised if my P.E. grade is low when the lesson is swimming.

6. One of my wishes is to cosplay a character I adore, guy or gal.

7. Thrifty. I could think all sorts of stuff to save my money and make them grow.

Nasa chapter 2 pa lang ako. But the first chapter had said enough to know her past. (I bought this book in Booksale for 95php months ago) USA Today was right about saying,

"Enthralling...draws the reader in from the very first page."

Maybe it`s one of the reasons why I bought it besides the enticing cover that pretty much speaks to me saying, "Buy me, please. See, I`m beautiful;Blue yes, very pearl white skin, and cherry red lips." This is my first time reading a small paperback besides the Little Prince (it`s got big pictures so I didn`t mind the size)

It`s too much. Girls weren`t respected as much. In the summary of the plot behind the book, it says, "...Where a girl`s viginity is auctioned to the highest bidder..." That line would make you think the time that man thinks they`re superior. Oh people. I can`t understand most of the things you do.

So this manga (or graphic novel, because in fullybookedonline, it was listed in graphic novels; But, yeah, this looks more like a graphic novel than a manga) takes place after the book Avalon High. Half of the manga was filled with the summary of the previous book, much to my disappointment. Allie was pretty good, but she cries too much. She is supposed to be strong, and be like Will`s protector. And then there wasn`t much exposure to Jenny and Lance. I thought they were all hanging out together. But I was happy to know that Marco is still at the jail or the mental hospital. What this novel lacks is: pages. It`s very thin. Mangas and graphic novels are supposed to be thick, and has more chapters.

Well, whatever. I guess this is my first book review, since I`m lazy to make a book blog.

Okay. So today we bought books. (Lol the only reason I went with my mom is the big NBS there. Lol. So I got this copy for 69. I was all like,

"OMG AVALON HIGH MANGA!"

Lol I quickly grabbed one. Okay. So, the problem is: Where could I buy the other two? The next time I`d get back there is maybe next year. D:

I also bought the Landry News by Andrew Clements.

Lol I found a copy that`s just 30. But the other two are 75. So, of course, I picked the 30. >:P

My dream I remember this day is this:

I met Ate Clarisse in a place that looks like mixed SPCB and UST lol then we ran and hugged each other, yelling each other`s names looooooooool. And after that she went back practicing for her CAT. XD

And then I bought a ticket to Justin Bieber`s two-night concerts (lol late) but went home with my friends.

I was all like, "Ba`t tayo umuwi?! Sayang yun ticket na 150!!" Then we used our bicycles to go back in the mall.

We were late for the concert. There were two ROOMS. One was full and the other wasn`t. So I went there (suddenly, I was alone lol) And my mom was there omg. Justin Bieber started performing when I got a seat, just in front of me iugnouhnojhnmkkunmu Then one of his staff whispered something and then JUSTIN BIEBER SAID TO ME, "Can I talk to you for a minute?" And so I said yes and we went to a corner. He was like, "Can you dance?"

Me: Um. No?

JB: It`s really simple? You just got to imitate the moves.

Me: Pwede ba ako na lang yung One Less Lonely Girl?

JB: excuse me?

Me: Nothing. I`ll go.

Loooooool then I danced like a retarded freak. He gave me a bouquet of flowers and knelt and raised his forehead and I kissed it ishfaikhfcuikdhmfncdik AND THEN I FCKING WOKE UP.

More Awkward Dream. But It`s Good.

So this dream was the day before.

My father and I were riding our motorcycle, together with my cutie dog Chuchu going somewhere I can`t remember. Then she jumped out, and went missing. We searched for her everywhere in the mall, and I found her in the department store (lol!) lying under a rack of clothes. I hugged her really tight even if she`s quite heavy. Then we went home and OMG I transformed into a demigod. And I have this weird sword which, well, changes it`s length. Lol. I played with it until some weird looking monsters came (and I think they`re mutts) AND OMG I WAS LIKE A BOSS STABBING MONSTERS WITH NO SWEAT AT ALL AND EVEN MAKING BACKFLIPS LOL WHY CAN`T I BE LIKE THAT EASILY. And then a mutt in the form of my Chuchu bit my feet and of course I stabbed it. My sister yelled to stab in deeper, so I did and I was surprised the blade didn`t touch me lol why am I so crazy.
